PRODUCT WARRANTY (STANDARD)
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase for consumers with an invoice. It is 24 months for those with a receipt or other proof of purchase.

PRODUCT WARRANTY WITH SEAL
For sealed products (e.g., insecticide), the warranty does not apply once opened. However, if the seal remains intact, you are entitled to a free return within 30 days.

If the withdrawal occurs within this period, we will arrange for the collection of the goods by courier at our expense , without the customer having to take any action.
