The customer must provide us with a date and time slot of at least 3-4 business hours , so we can schedule the collection at a convenient time.

Once we receive your return, we'll carry out all necessary checks, verifying various aspects: such as the presence of the original box, the presence of any accessories or parts included, any damage not present in the original new product, etc. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method within 5 business days.
