Payments by Credit Card, PayPal, Cash on Delivery, and Bank Transfer
The processing and invoicing of orders paid by credit card or PayPal is carried out by our system, which also handles order requests and returns.
Only the information necessary to process your order will be shared with BRICO HOME (Name, Surname, Email Address, Payment Amount).
The invoice or purchase receipt will be issued upon request by BRICO HOME.
Your credit card, PayPal, or current account information will be managed directly by the system in a secure and traceable manner.
Our system automatically sends an email as soon as the payment is completed, confirming successful receipt of your payment. Shipment will be made within 1 business day of receiving payment, and a further email will then be sent with tracking information and all other services.
All payment methods are prepaid (with the exception of cash on delivery, which carries an additional €5 fee). We ship your order within 1 business day of receiving your payment.
The invoice MUST be requested at the time of ordering.
