PRODUCT WARRANTY (STANDARD)
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase for consumers with an invoice. It is 24 months for those with a receipt or other proof of purchase.

PRODUCT WARRANTY WITH SEAL
For sealed products (e.g., insecticide), the warranty does not apply once opened. However, if the seal remains intact, you are entitled to a free return within 30 days.

Disponibilità e tempi

Imballaggio e trasporto
Ogni stufa viene preparata su pallet in legno e imballata con materiali protettivi per proteggerla durante il trasporto.

Il corriere ritira il prodotto presso il nostro magazzino e lo consegna all’indirizzo indicato nell’ordine.

Modalità di consegna
La consegna comprende lo scarico del pallet a piano strada.

Il servizio standard non include:

• Trasporto ai piani superiori.
• Posizionamento della stufa nel locale.
• Installazione.

Controlli alla consegna
Prima di accettare la merce, controlla visivamente lo stato dell’imballaggio.

Se noti anomalie esterne, anche minime, firma il documento di consegna con riserva, riportando prima della firma la dicitura: “Si accetta con riserva di controllo merce”.
