A state-of-the-art installation requires perfect flatness between the tiles. Often due to substrates (caldane) that are not perfectly leveled, tiles of low thickness and therefore flexible, or large format and therefore heavy tiles, even with the utmost attention, they cannot be positioned optimally. As a result, tiles that appeared perfectly level during installation, once the adhesive has set, instead show unevenness that compromises their aesthetics.
The system revolutionizes the world of laying, guaranteeing that perfectly leveled floors are obtained simply and quickly, eliminating the unevenness ("teeth") between the tiles. The bases are for tiles with a thickness between 3 and 12 mm. The wedge can be reused countless times.
It is the leveling system that can be quickly and easily removed: it is sufficient to kick the foundations to remove the unnecessary parts from the finished floor, without the aid of any tools.
It is by now the most widespread of the laying systems with tie rods and wedges.
Well tested, it allows you to quickly lay large format tiles by aligning them with a single gesture.
Our particular wedge, longer than its competitors, is designed to be able to pull all thicknesses in peace, from the thinnest porcelain to the thickest ones.
The laying technique is always the same as for the other systems, the tie rod is inserted under the tile drowned in the glue, then the tile is laid, and finally we introduce the wedge by pulling it properly.
These three simple steps guarantee a job well done, without running into glue pulling problems or flatness defects between the tiles. .
