The Vigor V-1033 is a lawnmower powered by a 1000 Watt single-phase 220 V electric motor. It mounts a 32 cm blade adjustable in three different positions to guarantee a cutting height of the turf at 25, 40 or 55 cm. Although the Wattage is not high, the motor ensures excellent performance and puts you in a position to tackle small-medium sized lawns without any hitches. The shockproof polypropylene shell protects it from scratches and dents. Furthermore, the particular design of the body allows it to remain close to the blade to ensure effective shaving around the pots or along the perimeter walls.
The weight of 13 kg and the small dimensions are the peculiar characteristics of this electric lawnmower and make it a handy and light tool. In this way, the cut proceeds quickly even in the presence of tall grass and small unevenness. The clippings automatically accumulate in the 35-litre basket, with which it is possible to enjoy a moderate cutting autonomy. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In any case, the Consumer Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased goods.
In the event that the Seller has not satisfied the obligation to provide information on the existence, methods and times for returning or collecting the goods in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the deadline for exercising the withdrawal is 12 months starting from the end of the initial withdrawal period and starting from the day of receipt of the goods by the Consumer.
In the event that the Consumer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must notify the seller via email at info@lafattoriabisignano.com, provided that such communication is confirmed within 48 hours of receiving the product.
For the purposes of exercising the right of withdrawal, the sending of the communication may be replaced by the return of the purchased goods provided that in the same terms: the date of delivery to the post office or to the shipper will be authentic between the parties.
The return of the goods must take place within 14 days from the formalization of the right of withdrawal. In any case, in order to be reimbursed, the product must be returned intact and, in any case, in a normal state of conservation.
The costs relating to the return of the product following the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the purchaser.
In the event that the goods are refused, left in storage or not collected for any reason that does not depend on the Seller, Brico Home Ferramenta reserves the right to charge the costs of transport and deposits caused by the Buyer.
