Due to its specific characteristics, it is an odorless glue, indispensable for metal or wooden constructions with unsurpassed resistance to water,

GARANZIA PRODOTTI (STANDARD)
La durata della garanzia è di 12 mesi a decorrere dalla data di acquisto del prodotto per i consumatori in possesso di fattura. E’ di 24 mesi per i possessori di scontrino o altra prova d’acquisto. 

GARANZIA PRODOTTI CON SIGILLO
Per i prodotti sigillati (es. insetticida), la garanzia non è applicabile una volta aperti. Tuttavia, se il sigillo rimane intatto, hai diritto al reso gratuito entro 30 giorni.

L’Acquirente consumatore ha in ogni caso il diritto di recedere dal contratto stipulato, senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo entro il termine di 30 giorni decorrenti dal giorno di ricevimento della merce acquistata. Qualora il recesso avvenga entro tale termine, sarà nostro impegno occuparci di prenotare il ritiro della merce tramite corriere a nostre spese, senza che il cliente debba intraprendere alcuna azione. Il cliente dovrà comunicarci una data e una fascia oraria di almeno 3-4 ore lavorative, così programmeremo il ritiro in un momento comodo.

- Rimborsi (se applicabile)
Una volta ricevuto il reso, effettueremo tutti i controlli necessari, andando a verificare diversi aspetti: come la presenza della scatola originale, la presenza di eventuali accessori o parti comprese, eventuali danni non presenti nel prodotto nuovo originario, etc. Se la tua richiesta viene approvata, il rimborso sarà elaborato e verrà automaticamente applicato un credito sulla tua carta o metodo di pagamento originario entro 5 giorni lavorativi.

- Cambi (se applicabile)
Sostituiamo gli articoli solo se difettosi o danneggiati.

Nel caso in cui il Consumatore decida di avvalersi del diritto di recesso entro i tempi sopra indicati, deve darne comunicazione al venditore via email all’indirizzo info@bricohomeferramenta.it, oppure compilare il modulo di reso facilitato cliccando qui.

Se la richiesta di reso supera i 30 giorni, ti invitiamo a fornirci più dettagli possibile per poter valutare al meglio la situazione. Ti anticipiamo, che in questo caso, le spese di spedizione per il ritorno della merce sono a carico del cliente.
